“Beautiful city but not safety.”
Very nice hotel, great location in the centre of the city. Friendly staff, especially Oliena. Crowded places, on the train/metro stations be careful, there are many pickpockets. Two gipsy young girls stole wallet from my wife’s bag in metro station elevator.

“Exceptional Service and Situation”
We cannot thank the staff enough for their efficiency and help when I was the victim of pick pocketing. They were also all without exception friendly and helpful. “Solid choice in downtown Lyon”
Small, authentic room with large window overlooking downtown Lyon. Large, well-equipped bathroom. Hotel breakfast is extensive and delicious - they'll suggest you take it outside, but I declined to carry mine up a small spiral staircase. The elevator does not serve floors 1 and 6.

I don't understand how this hotel is rated so highly, this room was so cramped you could barely move, I was one person in a double room, you could not have had 2 people in there.
