“A very decent hotel.”
Have stayed here several times in the past 15 years and it is always very good. Reasonable price, very central for visiting Lyon, very helpful reception staff, rooms are always clean and we will continue to use this hotel whenever we visit Lyon.

“Excellent hotel”
Still by far the best place to stay in Lyon! Rooms clean and pleasant, staff very helpful . Hotel is very well situated and central for all that one wants to do in Lyon We will return here again, as we have done for at least the past ten years for our regular trips to Lyon.

“Beautiful city but not safety.”
Very nice hotel, great location in the centre of the city. Friendly staff, especially Oliena. Crowded places, on the train/metro stations be careful, there are many pickpockets. Two gipsy young girls stole wallet from my wife’s bag in metro station elevator.

I don't understand how this hotel is rated so highly, this room was so cramped you could barely move, I was one person in a double room, you could not have had 2 people in there. Bathroom had mold on the ceiling. The curtains were off their runners and had cobwebs in the corners. The hallways wer… more
