“Good to be back”
I didn't even have to show my passport, as soon as I walked into reception the staff recognized me from previous visits and checked me in straight away with a smile. It's a good feeling when that happens. A bountiful breakfast spread as always.

“Nice and Clean”
Very friendly staff at the reception on the arrival, room was big enough bed was comfy and everything was nice and clean. We travel with dog and we found dog bed and bowls surprisingly clean compared to others we found around, super happy about our stay.

“A very nice hotel at the upper part of the City of Lyon.”
The Best Western Saphyr Lyon is a very nice, clean and comfortable hotel at the upper part of the City of Lyon. The metro station is quite close. I would recommend it for everyone who is travelling alone or as a couple.

We only stayed here for a short time after arriving late at night, but we were really impressed. Stayed at hotel during Rugby World Cup, and have to say room was very good for the price, and well proportioned. Nice bathroom, comfy bed, plenty of hanging space, and it was very clean.
