“Best Best Western”
Wonderful hotel in a good location. The rooms are very comfortable and quiet. We had a pleasant greeting upon arrival. Breakfast is limited, but great for a simple start to a stay in Lyon. If you are used to the average BW in the US you are in for a very pleasant surprise.

“Few days in Lyon”
Came to Lyon to see Taylor Swift. The hotel was perfect for our family of four. Our 16 and 13 year old teenagers had good sleeps in the bunk bed. The room was nice and large. Location was perfect with a short walk to vieux Lyon and the island. Lyon is a beautiful city!

My wife and I spent 2 nights. We were upgraded to a junior suite, which had a fabulous view of the Rhone and the Grand Hotel Dieu. The main bedroom was large with plenty of space for the sofa an chairs. There was a separate entry room that has bunk beds hidden away for family stays, and there was a very good bathroom with everything needed for travellers, including a magnifying mirror. The decor was very nice and fresh and everything was spotlessly clean. The room also had a lovely spacious balcony with a view to the Rhone and the beautiful Grand Hotel Dieu. The hotel is really well located with only a short and very direct walk to the Part Dieu train station and a few minutes scenic walk along the river and across a bridge to the centre of the city. The staff were very friendly, helpful and really made us feel welcome. I highly recommend this hotel.

“Great little hotel - good location, clean and very comfortable beds.”
Our stay at the Best Western du Pont Wilson was nice. The room was spacious, clean, and the bed was very comfortable. I suggest staying here as it's well connected by metro and tram and you can walk to Presqu'ile restaurants within 15 mintues. Great location for connection to the Part-Dieu train st… more
Our stay at the Best Western du Pont Wilson was nice. The room was spacious, clean, and the bed was very comfortable. I suggest staying here as it's well connected by metro and tram and you can walk to Presqu'ile restaurants within 15 mintues. Great location for connection to the Part-Dieu train station too. Only complaint is the A/C wasn't working well when we were there.
