“Hidden gem with amazing service”
The best service we’ve ever had. Victoria was extremely helpful and attentive, giving us the best service even after we had checked out and came back to the hotel later in the day for our bags. “Nice hotel shame about the location”
Lovely hotel, incredibly clean and very helpful staff. The breakfast is quite poor and doesn’t change at all - location isn’t the best either. Apart from that a very nice hotel and they have a very nice bar and room you can use to get ready once checking out

“Disappointed”
The staff were all polite and friendly but there were many problems with the apartment. The toilet seat, freezer and sink drainer were broken. “Kind of stunned this Hotel is ranked #1 in Marseille”
