“Really nice hotel, positive stay!”
I don’t understand all the negative reviews for this hotel- I was really worried about staying but it’s been great! The air con in our room worked fine, we had a mini fridge and proper mugs for tea and a kettle. Room was quiet, beds comfy and we were a family of 2 adults and 2 kids. It’s a perfect… more
I don’t understand all the negative reviews for this hotel- I was really worried about staying but it’s been great! The air con in our room worked fine, we had a mini fridge and proper mugs for tea and a kettle. Room was quiet, beds comfy and we were a family of 2 adults and 2 kids. It’s a perfect central location. Room was clean and looked the same as any other Novotel we stayed in. Reception lady was super helpful and stored our luggage with no fuss while we were out as we arrived early. I don’t get all the negative reviews -it’s as good a standard as any other Novotel we have stayed in!

The hotel is situated at a walking distance to three historic Centre of three city. It can be reachable by car and many public transport where you have the parking option under the hotel which is a public one. The hotel is situated at a walking distance to three historic Centre of three city. It can be reachable by car and many public transport where you have the parking option under the hotel which is a public one. The parking lot is crowded but a good option for the ones who will arrive with a care. As the hotel is sharing the building with a shopping mall and IBIS, it makes the location a very busy one. The check in and out speed is efficient. Free WiFi increases the satisfaction. The room is small and old furnished but clean. We stayed 4 person, which we knew that it will be crowded, but it did not affect for a short stay. There are no amenities and mini bar items in the room. The elevators are very old and slow. We did not have the chance to test the restaurant. I suggest for all short occasions and it is worth to see the history Centre.

“Not a four star”
We spent 2 nights on a 4th floor room. The rooms have good space, but not adequeately clean. . The furniture and upholstry is dated nad worn out with holes in the sheer curtains. The bathroom is tiny and dated with very basic amenity of soap and gel.
