“A little gem in Strasbourg”
This hotel is a little gem in Strasbourg 5 minutes walk from the station. With very nice rooms spotless cleaned each day. This hotel is a little gem in Strasbourg 5 minutes walk from the station. With very nice rooms spotless cleaned each day. And with tea and coffee.and small but very nice bathroom Breakfast is an all you can eat buffet for 11 euros that seta you up for the day . I must sat the lady’s and gentlemen on reception are outstanding they help with all the guests questions I would like to say a thank you to Isabel. Looking forward to going back next year John

“Nice Central spot”
We have been there whole family in the Christmas timeThe hotel it was in that very good place near to train station small hotel nice also very close to center and close to Petit France you can go also by feet 5 minutes from the cathedral it's clean room nice stuff

“A nice stay”
I was nervous to come here after reading all the bad reviews! However I found it not bad for the price at all. Room was nice and spacious for myself and the 2 kids. I was nervous to come here after reading all the bad reviews! However I found it not bad for the price at all. Room was nice and spacious for myself and the 2 kids. A/C worked perfectly the room was nice temp. Considering it was 37 degrees outside this was great! We were just above the bar but didn't experience any noise and I actually think the bar closed before 10 each night.Bed was really comfy too.I was a bit disappointed with the chamber maid service though. Our room wasn't cleaned or towels changed for the two nights we were there. In fairness though we did come back to the room to chill from the 37 degree heat but it was 4pm at that stage!Overall though for the price I would say a good choice!

Hotel itself was nice- room was good besides the bathroom. shower was super tiny.. can barely move around even for a skinny person. Housekeeping was not great as they only cleaned the toilet and replaced towels..nothing else. The floor was not cleaned after 6 days of being there- shampoo and tea was never replenished, they always forgot to do it even though we asked. Bed wasn’t comfortable and the pillows felt lumpy- had a sore neck daily. Breakfast had a good selection of food. Location: close to train station/ tram line and city centre. I know this is not hotel fault but the streets at night were sometimes noisy at night until midnight. Staff were friendly.
