“Budget hotel, central location”
We stayed here for 1 night in room 104. The rooms are quite spacious given how central the hotel is and how cheap the rooms are. We opted for room only as there are so many places locally to eat. We stayed here for 1 night in room 104. The rooms are quite spacious given how central the hotel is and how cheap the rooms are. We opted for room only as there are so many places locally to eat. Our room was on the front - we should have left the window closed as the outside noise from emergency vehicles, drunks etc kept us awake for a lot of the night (we eventually closed it at 4:30am). The showers have been mentioned in other reviews - they are small with a large step up but they’re functional. Personally, I was impressed based upon the price. Perfect for a 1 night stopover.

“Quiet , easy walk to town centre”
Nice hotel, clean and comfortable and staff pleasant. There is no lift, and the stairs are steep and quite narrow, this wasn't a problem for us, but could be for elderly or disabled people. Nice hotel, clean and comfortable and staff pleasant. There is no lift, and the stairs are steep and quite narrow, this wasn't a problem for us, but could be for elderly or disabled people. The room was very nice, with two sets of double doors leading to a false balcony, giving good sound insulation. However we were worried about the church opposite with the bells sounding every quarter ofd an hour. We asked at reception and the receptionist said it wasn't a problem, but was a bit vague about the noise. We changed rooms to a room at the back, smaller and not as nice. It turned out we didn't need to as the bells were silent during the night. Oh well, it didn't matter too much. Showers were good and the beds comfortable. Everything was very clean, although the carpets could do with being replaced. Our son had a separate single room on the top floor which was nice, although one gained access through the bathroom! No smoking establishment and no pets. The hotel is situated in a street with several restaurants and independant shops. There is a bar next door with pinball machines which was very friendly and another great bar further up the street. Fantastic record shop a couple of doors up. The hotel is within easy walking distance of the town centre and there is on street parking about. One can see the castle by leaning out of the window!

“Good value”
Nice hotel and cozy room in a busy street. Still i didn't feel annoyed by the noise. Everything was Clean, I enjoyed the Nice church view. For the price, it was a good choice and a good deal. For the weekenders, the street hosts a cool market on sunday

“One night”
Stayed for one night in between flights very friendly hotel perfectly located as all restaurants and bars a short walk away nice room and was clean great view from room , only 20 mins from Nantes airport too
