“Practical and friendly staff”
I spent one night and had no breakfast, but I had a very positiv experience. The hotel staff is welcoming and supportive. Rooms are basic and in winter time the heating is not as effective as in a 5 star hotel -however the price / value ratio is still fine. Parking is just behind the hotel in a saf… more
I spent one night and had no breakfast, but I had a very positiv experience. The hotel staff is welcoming and supportive. Rooms are basic and in winter time the heating is not as effective as in a 5 star hotel -however the price / value ratio is still fine. Parking is just behind the hotel in a safe place and close to the room I stayed in. WiFi is free and with good reception.

Location is terrible - behind car dealerships and opposite a hospital - and it very much looks and feels like a business traveller's stop-off. This is not the type of place to stay for a holiday but as functional hotel (we were driving from the coast to the Dordogne) it serves the purpose very well. The rooms (while a little small) are modern, clean and importantly for us in July, cool. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The food was superb and very good value for money. Being out of the city centre parking it has its own car park. Breakfast was very good (one of the better breakfast from our experience of French hotels). If we needed somewhere in this area again as a stop-over on a long journey we would not hesitate to go back.
