“Very worth staying here!”
Excellent hotel for a family. We had two separate rooms that were accessible, as a large room, but not crowded at all. The breakfast is vast and good. The pool was a nice treat as well. Rooms are okey and good to sleep. Bathrooms dark and waterpower needs an update. Went once to hamam and pool. All okey , nothing to complain good average experience. Negative , masses of Chinese and Japanese as well koreans and indians . By bus in summertime , downturn !! Thats it , would i use it again ? 1 night yes for business or if i have kids for pool and entertainment . Oh the guy working nightshift is challenging you if he speaks your language too…. Nice guy ( give him a promotion @Accor ) Cheers

Location is great, my room was modern, clean and quiet. Yasmin on reception Friday morning was amazing with her professionalism. Her colleague with long blond hair on Thursday night was very helpful when I needed a charger as all the USB ports were broken in the hotel. Disappointing was the other receptionist who on Thursday night barked at me that USB ports were broken in every room in the hotel, that shower caps were unnecessary and sighed that getting other things was a long walk for her. She never brought my items. I lost my room key whilst trying to juggle an iron which I had to pick up from reception. There was no phone in my room which is a security risk. No one bothered to rectify it. I saw another member of reception staff use the guest bathroom and not wash her hands, I was standing by the sink when she came out. Gross. I also asked the staff member with short hair and glasses to use the napkin when cutting the baguette as her hands on a whole loaf was not hygienic. She snorted, rolled her eyes and snatched the filthy napkin. Perhaps she was right, her hand might be better than a dirty napkin or maybe she knew more than I did about the poor hygiene in the kitchen or maybe she was being condescending…

Hotel is located close to restaurants which is good. This is more of a 3 start hotel. Rooms are dated, not cleaned well, noisy with not enough breakfast options. Most annoying part for us was that hotel’s parking garage is very small and full. Front desk person told us to do street parking which she said was free but she didn’t tell us it was only free until 9 AM so we had to pay $30 fine. I do recommend looking around for other Boutique hotels if you can.
