Five stars for excellent service and value. My room was upgraded as I had been put in a "reserve" room (no real window and a faulty light) by mistake. The following three nights were spent in a very comfortable and spacious first floor room, most appreciated. Professional and friendly, with good attention to detail. You feel every effort has been made to make the stay agreeable at a reasonable price : hairdryer, mini fridge, AC, decent sized TV screen, breakfast room service ( I didn't try the breakfast) and 24h reception service. Wheelchair accessibility could be complicated as the lift is very small and only available from the first floor. I didn't check this out personally, there could be ground floor rooms... Clearly if you don't enjoy living in the midst of Rennes' night life this is not for you. I loved it ! - right next to the famous Lices market and café terraces with all sorts of interesting student bars and cafés nearby. The historic town with all its charm is also a few steps away. I had a wonderful stay!

“Good for the price”
This hotel is very well situated if you want to be close to the heart of the old town and it's scores of students' bars. Luckily, we did! This hotel is very well situated if you want to be close to the heart of the old town and it's scores of students' bars. Luckily, we did! Car parking is a public underground car park immediately behind the hotel. The room was ok but you'd not want to lounge there during the day as it was quite small. However, this wasn't really a big deal and I'd happily recommend this hotel as a decent option for central Rennes!
