“Good, but in need of some detailed attention to live up to 4 stars”
It's my 6th time I visit this hotel and over the years saw it evolve from a 3 to 4 star hotel. Overall I very much like the hotel for its atmosphere, its location, parking, pool and view on the Mont Blanc. It's my 6th time I visit this hotel and over the years saw it evolve from a 3 to 4 star hotel. Overall I very much like the hotel for its atmosphere, its location, parking, pool and view on the Mont Blanc. Since its last renovation I think that the rooms are in for an update and thorough cleaning. Also, I had the impression the hotel was a bit 'unmanaged', loosing attention to details. We had a hairdryer which didn't fit the sockets (was quickly remediated by reception), the shower didn't stay in place (again quickly remediated) and empty glasses from the bar weren't removed when the room was cleaned (I took them to the bar myself). Also I recall from previous visits that the chairs and other lounging facilities at the pool were tidy up every morning. Giving it a nice fresh start for the day. I missed that. But maybe it's related to the fact there the spa was being renovated at the time of our visit. Would I come back to Les Aiglons? Sure, though more recent hotel/pool options have popped up which could get my attention...

Just spent 3 nights in this hotel, the first one was booked by the company (Macs Adventures) who we used for our TMB hike, we then added two more nights to make it convenient for our time to relax after TMB. Just spent 3 nights in this hotel, the first one was booked by the company (Macs Adventures) who we used for our TMB hike, we then added two more nights to make it convenient for our time to relax after TMB. In general its a nice place. Breakfast is great, and the pool area is enjoyable. But we were very disappointed in the service we received. Two days we could not get our room serviceed until very late in the day. And the interior decor is just plain depressing. I mean who would choose to paint the walls and ceiling in their house a dark brown, and then add in carpet to match? Even in the middle of the day it's like living in a black out shelter. If they would spring for some interior upgrades this could be a much more enjoyable place to stay.

Bed mattess was worn and needs to be changed. Stayed only one night. One hotel side next to busy Street. Otherwise hotel in General was good. Good location next to parking lot and buss station.
