“Sepia apartments ”
The actual apartments were very good and the location of them made it very easy to acces the ski lifts. Although, it made it difficult to get to the town and the restaurants around the apartments often shut very early. Also outside the apartments it smelled very bad.

“Ski holiday Avoriaz”
Basic accommodation but spacious. Great location in a ski in and ski out resort. Couldn’t have been closer to start our ski adventures The resort is based at 1800m and we had some difficulty hiring a car with snow wheels and chains. You cannot park at the residence. You drive to the top to th… more

“Good location”
The location of Sepia apartments are ideal for ski-in ski-out. Lockers at the bottom, at foot of the slopes.Only a short walk to the main part of the town in the evening. “Expected more from a 4 star residence”
The residence is in the lower end of Avoriaz which is good when going skiing but bad when going shopping. Expect a 15 minutes walk in snow both ways. The apartment was smaller than expected and sparsely equipped. It was a quiet apartment and well sound isolated.

“Great location for skiing”
3 Star, bit dated and tired but has all the amenities required. A great bunk room for the kids, plenty of storage, you have to make your own beds (☹️) but lots of linen and towels provided. A bit of a hike to centre but this didn’t bother us as we preferred skiing and lifts on doorstep.
