The room was your standard hotel room with everything you need from a comfy bed with black out shutters which were great. Tea and coffee making facilities and a mini kitchen with fridge so you can’t go wrong. The staff were brilliant on the reception, very helpful including helping us print out our tickets to go see the football. Didn’t attend breakfast but I believe you can pay on arrival for that. Would recommend if you are visiting for a few days and want to look around the touristy stuff.

“Cheap hotel”
The rooms are OK, however didn't feel so safe. There were constantly shady men drinking beer in the parking lot. Breakfast was normal in french standards. Cleaning service is not daily. I am presently reviewing sitting inside the hotel. We have booked for three nights and here is my review. From Annecy Station, take bus no.2 or 15 and reach the bus stop taillee and walk for around 5 minutes. So getting here is not an issue. As the bus frequency is decent.Bonus points if you have your own car. We spent on a weekly pass which costed around 16 eur and some cents per adult for unlimited rides. Ok so about the hotel. Staffs are friendly. They speak english. The rooms are spacious enough with well equipped Kitchen and toilet/bathroom.Clean towels. The Kitchen has necessary items except the coffee mug which is still not a problem as there are glasses.I am cooking in the kitchen for my child and i am very happy about it. For this budget its a go ahead hotel. You may have to stockup on some groceries as there its not seemed to have any supermarket close to the hotel. Overall its a good stay.

We were heading down to Courchevel for a week's skiing and chose Hauts d'Annecy for our overnight stay. It did as it said on the tin and mostly met our expectations. The two-bedroom apartment was more spacious than we'd anticipated and had beds to sleep 6, a kitchen/lounge and a bathroom. The guy on reception was welcoming and checked us in quickly and without fuss. There is secured parking (3 Euros per night) but we'd already parked-up across the road so declined. Okay the decor is a bit clinical and it is fairly basically and cheaply furnished and equipped but comfortable enough (but I'd be reluctant to stay for a week). Only disappointment was that, although we had not pre-booked breakfast, we asked if we could pay for breakfast on the morning of our departure but were told no, because it was "fully booked" - still not sure what that meant as the breakfast room was virtually empty at 9:00am with breakfast laid out and breakfast was, according to the room notes, available until 11am. Onward to McDs! Service, service, service - a ridiculous and disappointing finale to our stay.
