“Great stay.”
Fantastic location. We booked the parking when we booked our room and it was well worth it. You can walk anywhere from the hotel and leave your car parked. We had a 2 room apartment, very clean and comfortable. We didn't have the breakfast, it seemed expensive for what it was, but there are plenty … more
Fantastic location. We booked the parking when we booked our room and it was well worth it. You can walk anywhere from the hotel and leave your car parked. We had a 2 room apartment, very clean and comfortable. We didn't have the breakfast, it seemed expensive for what it was, but there are plenty of boulangeries nearby to pick up a breakfast pastry. There is a lovely terrace that you can sit out on and watch the world go by. It was hot while we were there, so the air-conditioning was very welcome. We had a room at the back, overlooking a small park and churches. It was very quiet, even though it's situated in the middle of town. Would definitely stay here again if we are back in Annecy.

Nice and well-maintained hotel centrally located in town. The apartment was clean and nice, we also had a balcony where there was plenty of space. Pleasant and helpful staff at the hotel. Parking is available outside but needs to be booked in advance. Otherwise, there is a parking garage a couple of minutes away for 25 euros/day.

“Good and efficiently run hotel”
The hotel is very central,,staff helpful. Rooms very comfortable,excellent ac. The handicap studios bathroom excellent. Lady in breakfast room extremely nice. The breakfast itself needs much more variety. If you stay more than a couple of days,skipping it would be better. Would recommend this hotel… more

“Perfect location in the heart of the historical district”
Great stay at this centrally located hotel, in the heart and the old part of Annecy. Location could not have been better. The staff were extremely amicable and attentive and also very helpful. Great stay at this centrally located hotel, in the heart and the old part of Annecy. Location could not have been better. The staff were extremely amicable and attentive and also very helpful. We had issues with our booking and they solved it without any issues. (We had booked with Booking.com) lesson learned, for next time I recommend that you book directly with the hotel, they resolved the problem that Booking.com did not want to own. Even though it was not the hotel’s problem. As for the rooms they were kitchenette’s and well appointed. We had a large comfortable bed, every thing was very clean. We also had the breakfast, which was extra, but fine. If you want location and family budget this is the place.

The hotel is very difficult to drive to due to one way streets and a very congested traffic pattern around the hotel. The hotel is very difficult to drive to due to one way streets and a very congested traffic pattern around the hotel. There is not enough parking at the hotel to accommodate all guests once you get there. The hotel is maintained well but no more than should be expected. We were disappointed that the A/C had been turned off for the season and we had to keep the patio door open (without a screen) at night to keep cool. As a positive, the staff is very helpful and friendly. The breakfast buffet is good and the area of town the hotel is in has plenty of restaurants and shops.
