“Excellent hotel in a great location. Staff are very helpful and always smiling. Good access to shops, restaurants, etc”
First visit to Lourdes. Great hotel close to Sanctuaire. Clean and well staffed. Good vibe. Lots of nearby shops, cafés and restaurants. Veronique and Daria in reception were very helpful. Room was clean and comfortable. Nice bathroom with great shower.

I travelled to Lourdes with my 3 sisters, one of whom needs mobility assistance, and stayed in the Panorama Hotel. The staff are nice and welcoming, we got lovely rooms on the 4th, 5th and 6th floors, with view of the top of the basilica and as requested, one room had mobility aids in the bathroom … more

“Would have been perfect….”
Hotel Panorama is perfect in location - close to the Basilica and close to restaurants and shops. We arrived very late on Oct 21st and our group stayed in rooms 618, 622, and 624. “Welcoming staff and do extra mile for their guest🙏”
The receptionist Ms Daria was very kind & helpful when I checked in and when I checked out the same Ms Daria guide me where to get the shuttle bus to the airport. She is fantastic. Definitely I will recommend the hotel Panorama to my family & friends.

“Location is ideal but rooms need updating.”
Hotel provides basic amenities, buffet breakfast and close proximity to the Shrine. The room needs updating though especially their carpets which looks dirty though i saw them vacuuming it.
