We stayed in a twin (corner) room on the fourth floor overlooking the road down to the entrance of the grotto, only a few minute's walk away. The room was large and the cleanliness and comfort were excellent as was the rest of the hotel. Our waiter Anis, who had a great sense of humour/attentive deserves a big thank you.

“Good Hotel close to the Grotto”

This is an excellent hotel. Beds are comfortable, food is excellent. I had full board and enjoyed every meal served. Staff are friendly and very helpful. Hotel is very close to the Grotto and the centre of Lourdes. Best Hotel I have stayed in Lourdes.

At the outset and throughout my stay, the staff were attentive and very helpful. The room was a good size and everything was spotlessly clean. It was made up each day. At the outset and throughout my stay, the staff were attentive and very helpful. The room was a good size and everything was spotlessly clean. It was made up each day. We stayed full board and although the food was mostly good I felt the vegetarian menu lacked a little imagination. Only small issue was that the street outside became very noisy at around 5:00am each morning due to what I presume to be deliveries? Although to be fair I’m not really sure what the hotel could do about that?

“Very short walk to Lourdes , acceptable accomodation”

Hotels looks lovely and is a 5 minute walk to Lourdes ! Beds were comfortable, there is a Queen and single bed downstairs and two twin beds upstairs with two toilets in the family room. Hotels looks lovely and is a 5 minute walk to Lourdes ! Beds were comfortable, there is a Queen and single bed downstairs and two twin beds upstairs with two toilets in the family room. They were good enough to arrange a taxi for us to go to the train station at short notice. However we booked two twin rooms and a day before we were to arrive I received an email and was told that our choice of room was not available, we were offered a family room. The family room was comfortable but it is on two floors and we had to make sure we did not knock our head on the staricase at night, the AC was too cold and could not be adjusted, I have an allergy to dairy therefore hardly had a choice at breakfast. I asked them whether they could make an omlette for breakfast without dairy , they agreed but I was told that it was not available when I inquired the next day. On both days I had no breakfast despite paying for it , THAT is just unacceptable. The room & toilet overall had a terrible design from a health and safety persepctive, not advisable if you are elderly. They had also provided shampoo in plastic sachets, that is completely impracticle.
