“Peaceful delight in Sarlat ”
This is the place to stay for short trips to dozens of nearby castles, picturesque villages and leisurely trips on the beautiful Dordogne river. “Very warm welcome, ambiance is good and a very good swimming pool”
Julie and Francoise were so welcoming and helpful. Could not be bettered. The bedroom was satisfactory even thought the en-suite was a little quirky. Dining outside was great. “Room was pretty tired, battered and bruised.”
The room we were given was up one flight of stars then through a door and up another flights of stairs. We then arrived in a very dark unappealing attic room. “Ok as stopover not for a long stay”
After 7 hours of driving arrived in the evening to be greeted by a French military style lady, unfriendly and cold. The next morning an English lady was far kinder however. Room was overlooking the parking lot. Pool small and no space to even use as so crowded. Dinner nice but what they call luxury… more
