“Excellent Hotel for Disneyland Paris”

The first thing to say is that this is an excellent hotel with really friendly and helpful staff across the board. On arriving at the hotel (by car), there was nowhere to park outside of the hotel. So, we went directly to the underground parking. There was no problem accessing this once we had buzzed in at the gate. The hotel is in an excellent location for Disneyland Paris, and the shuttle that they operate runs efficiently and on time. It only takes ~10 minutes each way and there is plenty of capacity, even on the return shuttle just after the fireworks (though it was packed). The shuttle runs late into the night if you want to stay in Disney Village after visiting the park. The hotel is also in an excellent location for shopping (it is just across the road from a massive shopping centre), and for getting into Paris, as it is just across the road from an RER station which will take you into the centre of paris in just under an hour for just a few euros each. One tip on this: download the Iles de France Mobilities app - you can use this as your ticket rather than paying 2 euros for a plastic card, and you can pay for tickets using the app rather than joining the long and slow queues to use the ticket machines. The hotel itself is exceptionally clean and well maintained. We stayed in a Junior Suite room which was very spacious and had plenty of room for us (2 adults and 2 teenage children). The main bed was large and comfortable and the sofabed was also plenty big enough. There wasn't much in the way of wardrobe/cupboard space to store clothes however. Now on to the only real downside of our stay: the shower. This was very poor - the pressure was low and it was difficult to maintain a constant temperature. It was also over a bath that was not designed for the purpose. Also, in an effort to reduce waste, the hotel does not provide mini bottles of soap/shampoo etc. Instead, there are pump dispensers. This is all fine except that the dispensers do not work very well at all - should be simple to resolve though. If they can sort the showers out, it would be very difficult to find any fault with this hotel at all! The breakfast buffet was very good and was kept regularly restocked. There was never any trouble getting a table. The only slight criticism would be that some of the hot food items were not perhaps as hot as they should be. We ate in The George restaurant one evening and the food was very good. Overall, an excellent stay.

“Convenient for Disney and Paris Centre”

We have stayed at the Val D'Europe twice now, and would gladly do so again when we visit Paris. We have stayed at the Val D'Europe twice now, and would gladly do so again when we visit Paris. Conveniently placed to spend a day or two at Disneyland, it is also easy to drive to from the Eurotunnel, and its close proximity to the local train station makes going into the centre of Paris super easy. It is also close to a large mall, which means that you can pick up an easy meal that will suit even the pickiest of family members, buy anything you've forgotten to pack, or nip to the supermarket for snacks to take with you on your days out. The hotel is clean and tidy, the staff are friendly, and the food is always delicious. Extras like parking and the shuttle bus to Disney are also really helpful!
