Restored to the highest standards by the best craftsmen in the Charente region, the estate comprises two 19th century Belle Epoque buildings: the Petit Chai and the Ancienne Distillerie, each of which houses a restaurant: the Brasserie des Flâneurs and the gourmet restaurant Notes. Like the other hotels in the Almae collection, La Nauve, an intimate hotel with just 12 rooms, offers bespoke guest service.
