“Excellent stay in Cognac”
We stayed in Cognac on our way to Bordeaux and Agen. Our experience from arriving to checking out was excellent. The staff were very helpful and friendly. “Good place to stay”
Ibis Cognac is a great example of a typical Ibis hotel. No frills , reasonably priced with everything we needed for an overnight stay on our road trip to Spain. “Excellent service”
Everything about this stay was very good. The check-in was freindly and professional as was the check-out.. The room was good with excellent bed, and very clean. Ibis brerakfast was up to the usual high standard. Cognac is a wonderful town.

“Hmmm...”
OK, so we know it's a budget hotel, but... the rooms are VERY small, even for this class of hotel. There's no facilities in the room for making a tea or coffee. Apparently EVERY kettle in the hotel was broken. Really? Air-con in the room was subjective. That being said, the service overall was good… more
