“Standard Campanile property.”
Stayed here for three nights in early June 2023 to explore the area by car. Check in was easy but it was a lot harder finding my room which was numbered “00” and while there were signs indicating where the rooms were “00” wasn’t listed and wasn’t next to room “01” which is where I would have expect… more
Stayed here for three nights in early June 2023 to explore the area by car. Check in was easy but it was a lot harder finding my room which was numbered “00” and while there were signs indicating where the rooms were “00” wasn’t listed and wasn’t next to room “01” which is where I would have expected it to be and eventually found it next to room 27. This is one of the older style original Campanile hotels and was fine for the three nights I stayed there. The room was basic but functional with a comfortable bed, desk, a couple of chairs and a desk. There was a decent closet area and a dated but functional bathroom. The only issue I had were a few bugs in the bathroom but it may be a strange thing but as I was in Europe for three months I too a half empty can of bug spray and air freshener. The location like most of these properties was on the outskirts of town but there was a boulangerie opposite and a couple of restaurants nearby within walking distance. For the price I paid it was what I expected and served the purpose.
