We did book this hotel on the eleventh hour due to a booking error that we made in the original place that we were supposed to be staying. The reception staff were wonderful, friendly and very helpful from check in to checkout. The rooms are extremely comfortable, a large size, good climate , very comfortable bed and pillows. The bathroom was very clean, stocked well with a supersized bath tub and fabulous rainfall shower. (I was torn between bath or shower but managed to enjoy both during my stay) The tv also had English channels which in our eye was a bonus. I highly recommend staying for breakfast, the food is delicious which a huge choice of continental dishes as well as hot and cold buffet items for American and British tastes I do recommend visiting the bar, very professional bar tenders , and managed to while away the time in our final hours here. High recommended

“Fabulous stay again!”

Just back from another stay at this great hotel. We stayed 3 nights and whilst there, it was our wedding anniversary. 53 years! Such a good place to celebrate it. Just back from another stay at this great hotel. We stayed 3 nights and whilst there, it was our wedding anniversary. 53 years! Such a good place to celebrate it. There was champagne and chocolates in our room with a congratulatory note from the manager. Greatly appreciated by us both. However, this hotel looks after you at any time, celebrations or not. Lots of little touches that more expensive hotels often don’t do. Evian water replaced every day by the bed, turndown service, a bottle of pillow mist, bathrobes and slippers, ample toiletries including a bottle of the hotel perfume. Very comfy bed with fluffy pillows and duvet. If you can manage to leave the bed, there is an excellent casino within the hotel if that’s what you enjoy. We certainly do! Even for us old people, the hotel is less than a 10 minute walk from getting off of Eurostar so perfectly situated. All this aside, the real jewels in the crown are the staff. Always so welcoming and always going that extra mile to ensure we simply must return.

“Pleasant late night check in”

Travelling from the UK and have stopped here a numerous of times, checked in really late 2am last night and the gentlemen on check in desk was superb! I didn’t get his name but he was very attentive, made check in really easy, parked up the car and very helpful over the room and the services the hotel had to offer thank you! Lovely room beds super comfortable, Evian water at the side of the bed couldn’t ask for a better nights sleep very quiet too.

“Exceeded My Expectations ”

I've never stayed in this chain but everything exceeded my expectations; fast reception, helpful staff, the buffet was diverse and fair priced, the casino was simple and tasteful, the room service was timely, the room was clean and the bed was good. Very pleased!
