“Very friendly and helpful staff, excellent location”
I stayed one night. The hotel is in an excellent location opposite the Lille Flanders train station and in the centre of the city. The room was comfortable and clean. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The soundproofing between rooms was poor but fine for a short stay.

“Great view and right in the city center!”
Amazing location right in the city center and main square of Lille! Great view and polite staff Got the room with balcony even though it wasn't actually booked. Great stay! Some of the reception staff didn't really know english, but not a big problem though

The Hotel Chagnot is ideally located, being literally a stone's throw from; Gare Lille Flandres and a 5 minutes walk from Gare Lille Europe.
