“A haven in Millau”
The Cevenol hotel is perfect ly placed for our trips to and from Spain and it is a joy to be there usually after a long day on the road. “Exceptional food in the hotel's dining room”
This might be a 3 star hotel but the restaurant served 5 star food. It was so good and one of the best meals we had on our month long trip. Rooms are a little small but, don't be put off, as the food is worth staying there for. It was exceptional.

“A welcome break on a long journey.”
Stopped at Hotel Cevenol, Millau, on our way to the ferry in Dieppe. Lovely clean room, large comfy bed, and great shower. Bar had one of our favourite lagers- Jupiler. €3 for a demi. The Hotel had a swimming pool, with seating to relax around it. We didn't eat at the hotel.
