“Lovely hotel with a view of the castle”
The room was compact, but had plenty of space for storage. If you pay a little extra you can get a room with a view of the castle. The beds were comfortable. The only thing to bear in mind is that they don't have a lift, they are only on two floors, but if you are unable to do stairs you need to en… more

The only thing to bear in mind is that they don't have a lift, they are only on two floors, but if you are unable to do stairs you need to ensure a ground floor room. The staff were helpful and friendly.

“Little Gem of a hotel in Carcassonne.”
Excellent small hotel within easy reach of Medieval and old Cities. Wonderful helpful and attentive staff. Breakfast excellent value and standard- gluten free options, decaffeinated coffee and cherry jam. Rooms very comfortable. Excellent value for money. Will definitely revisit.

“Nice little place”
Stayed there for a couple of days as we went to see a concert in Carcassonne and it was reasonably priced. Great location only a stroll from the medieval city and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Would definitely stop here again if we return to Carcassonne

Such an incredibly helpful man on reception who went out of his way to help us when our return flight was cancelled just after we arrived. This hotel is one of the nearest you can find to the medieval fortress which dominates Carcassonne. It has onsite parking for about a dozen cars. Very helpful reception staff who provided a map of the area which was very useful. There's no bar or restaurant but they direct you to the place opposite… more
This hotel is one of the nearest you can find to the medieval fortress which dominates Carcassonne. It has onsite parking for about a dozen cars. Very helpful reception staff who provided a map of the area which was very useful. There's no bar or restaurant but they direct you to the place opposite which was good enough for us (and they were showing the RWC!).
