I would have rated this hotel 3 out of 5 but for the amazing help I received after departure. I thought that I might have left my prescription sunglasses in the room, and, incredibly, they found them and immediately offered to post them to me. I received them 2 days later. Clean hotel excellent location friendly staff close to the town centre where’s there’s many restaurants will stay here again for sure if you need a taxi to the airport it’s best you book a day before as there’s not many taxi’s in carcasonne taxi from hotel was €22

The hotel is right on the edge of the old and even older city so great for visiting both. The staff were really good, their english being much better than our french. Stayed here for two nights; I wouldn't suggest more. I know that Ibis rooms aren't generous, but this room felt small, even for an Ibis.
