“Lovely!”
Extremely well maintained hotel with superior quality rooms and helpful staff. The location was 5 mins from the medieval city and offered free parking on site. The restaurant was good and there was a grocery store 200meters away from reception!

“Ideal stop on our way to Spain!”
Limited choice in the restaurant during the weekend, since we were the only customers. However, the food is always so tasteful, we didn't mind (although we prefer the usual buffet). Very friendly personnel (always!) and closed parking.

“Comfortable one-night stay”
We arrived a little early. Greeted by a very friendly receptionist. Room was ready. As planned, we left the car (free parking) and walked the 2kms to the old city. We arrived a little early. Greeted by a very friendly receptionist. Room was ready. As planned, we left the car (free parking) and walked the 2kms to the old city. It’s a straight mostly-flat walk, along a residential road. Paths are narrow though, definitely not for buggies. The hotel is in a quiet area beside a LeClerc supermarket. The room was fine and the bed comfortable. The carpet could do with a clean or replacement. The shower was clean. The bathroom itself suffers from the fact that, due to the placement of the shower-head, it is impossible to avoid water spilling onto the tiled floor. The floor, skirting-tiling and the bathroom door need to be refreshed. There was no “Do not disturb” sign for the door, so the cleaners knock. They will come into the room, if you are not quick enough to respond. This may be a tactic in hotels to get guests moving, after 09:00. We would definitely return.

“Budget hotel at best.”
Average modern hotel on the outskirts of the old town. Bed was comfortable and the bathroom was adequate. Average modern hotel on the outskirts of the old town. Bed was comfortable and the bathroom was adequate. Our window leaked when it rained and our air conditioner was uncontrollable, apart from the off button. The food was average at best, but I was so disappointed that they allowed dogs into the main restaurant. Very unhygienic and not something I would have expected. The staff were ok, but most seemed quite stern. If anyone is looking for a budget hotel, then this might fit your purpose.
