Guests breaking the law will be immediately banished from the property and may be fined, states the law and the corresponding municipal regulations. The hotel/apartment manager or property agent must order said guests to leave immediately, which may require assistance from the security forces.
Failure to comply with the prohibition of practices which may endanger the life, health and physical integrity of guests will be considered a serious offence. In the Balearic Islands, serious offences are subject to a fine between 6,001 and 60,000 euros.

“Very good hotel”
Price-quality is perfect. We stayed one night and the staff were really nice with us. Rooms are simple but with everything that you need. The location is a bit far from the centre but it is perfect if you go to the hotel by car

“Excellent value for money and very friendly people”
We stayed for 2 nights with a group of 22 people. The hotel is lovely. Very simple rooms but spotlessly clean and very comfortable. Breakfast was delicious! The family that run the hotel are very friendly and accommodating. I highly recommend it

“Perfect for dog owners!”
Central, clean and dog friendly ! The room was a bit small . The staff was friendly and the surrounding area is perfect to walk your dog. Only 5 min from the cité carcassone. Dog fee 7€. Has a vending machine in the corridor.
