“Brilliant hotel perfectly situated”
For a visit to Carcassonne this hotel is perfect, location is the best, few minutes walk to the Old City and about 10 to the Old Bridge to access the 'modern' part of town. “Gem of a hotel”
Gem of a hotel outside the main entrance of the medieval town of Carcasonne, so the location was excellent. Plenty of restaurants nearby. The staff were very friendly and the hotel was very clean. Nice breakfast & nice pool area. We enjoyed our stay.

“Good stay, beds far too hard”
We had a really nice stay here. Most of the staff are really friendly and helpful. Just let down by one older guy who worked some of the night shifts who was quite grumpy and unhelpful.
