We visited this facility with the whole family, it's a beautiful spa hotel, good for the money, indoor activity facilities are numerous so long you have enough energy, there will always be something to do. There gym facility of several kinda, swimming pool, bar, restaurant with good Finnish food, basketball pitch, can also be football pitch with a capacity of stadium seaters close to 2000 people. Bowling, ice skating pitch,etc. I really recommend this place, it is all inclusive.

“Worst breakfast”

There a strong 90's vibe everywhere, but I don't mind as long as everything works. Room had comfy beds and a (very noisy) minifridge, it was ok. But the breakfast... There a strong 90's vibe everywhere, but I don't mind as long as everything works. Room had comfy beds and a (very noisy) minifridge, it was ok. But the breakfast... Room costs around 150€ per night, so you would expect a normal hotel breakfast. We went in, no staff anywhere, tables were full of used plates and cups. Later we realized that we should have taken our own plates etc. away like you do in school lunch. I have never seen this anywhere ever, so surprisingly not too many guests had realized they should have cleared their own tables. The food selection was extremely limited and poor quality. Cheapest possible meatballs and I don't know what they had done to the eggs. No bacon, sausages, only apples for fruit, no desserts, no toast or toaster etc. Would have been ok for 60-70€ b&b, but I paid 150€ for that. Spa was okeish, water was cold, more like a swimming hall than spa.

I had possibility only to overnight at the Vesileppis hotel and spa, which doesn't give a good picture from my visit. Not so many people moving around for the Covid-19 restrictions and some facilities were closed, too. My room vas very simple, yet with a reduced price as I wasn't able to use other facilitaties of the hotel than the restaurant. The evening buffet as well as the brakfast were well within Finnish hotel standards. However, the attractions of the Vesileppis are the spa, a skiing tube under the ground and, of course the Muumi Ice Cave in - 4° C temperature (24,80 F). The extra facilities are nonfree. I recommend contacting the hotel's web site. For instance, the Muumi Ice Cave is not open all the year.
