“Great place to stay”
My spouse and I enjoyed our stay. The room, breakfast and hotel itself were nice. We did pay for a superior room, which was on an upper floor with a view and, surprisingly, a 5' x 5' sauna off the bathroom. Not sure how many rooms include that.

“great stay but not the front desk staff”
We were a big gruop and I had to take care for all of them and the woman was just hated every minute with me going thrugh each name and rooms. very sad biggining. so when I asked any question to different personal went great. “Scandic Simonketta Helsinki”
Everything was perfect, this was our second stay at Scandic Hotels. Idea of booking breakfast times in advance is perfect but unfortunately not many quests did it, obviously. Some days it was really full and very dufficult to find a table...
