Fantastic hotel - we had an underground link to the spa water world full of hot tubs pools and slides and the Family fun underground playground complete with Wii and Sega, softplay and dodgeball foozball and table tennis total genius to tire out the kids. Burger king in the same complex for the fussy eaters ski slopes are close by which helped the carrying multiple skis etc walk to main hotel was a little chilly but all part of the adventure - good in the buffet restaurant was good enough to eat in all week. Breakfast complete with fresh waffles. Bar was lovely we spent lots of time playing Uno with a bottle. Our room was a small suite with a Sauna, drying cupboard and plenty of room we loved it. great view onto water world and the front slopes. would definitely come again very pleased.

“Average Hotel in a lovely small town”

This is a fairly basic hotel, think Travel Lodge rather than the Ritz. The rooms, which have an alcove with a bunk bed for children, are quite plain but functional. The cleaning is not very good, there was a marshmallow on the carpet in our hall which moved around but remained there all of our holiday. The checking in was mayhem with about 100 people plus luggage leaving at the same time as 100 arriving.We had to wait for 4 hours to get into our room, wasting a whole afternoon. Inghams our travel company was not very helpful. The hotel food was quite good and the pizza restaurant had tasty pizza. I was most pleased to see that all the wine was from organic production. Two of the light bulbs in our room did not work, it took 2 days to replace just one of the bulbs and they left all the packaging and old bulb in our room. This hotel needs tighter management. There is free access to the Spa/Water World which was about 200 meters away, this was much enjoyed by our young children.

Very disappointing booked 3 rooms one room for 3 persons bedding on one double bed single bed had no sheets nor duvet. Very disappointing booked 3 rooms one room for 3 persons bedding on one double bed single bed had no sheets nor duvet. On verandah was what appeared to be a takeaway meal left by a previous occupiers of the room, a very small bin in bathroom none in bedroom, only 2 glasses supplied again when room occupied by 3 people, inadequate supply of towels for 3 people, apart from bin being emptied and toilet paper folded into a peak no other housekeeping appeared to be undertaken as proven by no further bedding being supplied for 3rd bed. In the connecting room dirty clothes left behind by previous occupiers found in cupboard again poor housekeeping. On plus side driers in room very handy for wet snowsuit etc.

tired rooms, bits out plaster and paint missing. no spoon, plates, bowls in the room. buffet average, no food provided on last night in hotel if you didn't want to go to ighams party which we weren't told about so we went hungry. rooms basic but clean, clothes drier in bathroom very handy. no wher… more

tired rooms, bits out plaster and paint missing. no spoon, plates, bowls in the room. buffet average, no food provided on last night in hotel if you didn't want to go to ighams party which we weren't told about so we went hungry. rooms basic but clean, clothes drier in bathroom very handy. no where to sit and relax. check out day luggage everywhere not enough storage. on check out handed card in and no have a good flight or oat off reception. no English tv. main building fair nicer than what I can only describe as a hostel we stayed in. room cleaned daily, but beds not changed in a week. igham reps take up alot of seating in reception area.
