What can I say about this place...? Other than we should have booked more than 1 night. Great location, breakfast was solid. And the waterpark with the slides was really good fun. Rooms were perfect as were bathrooms. Staff were nice. Would highly recommend this place.

This hotel is such an amazing location! It was within a 10 minute walk of everything we wanted to see. If you’re looking for something central, then I really recommend booking here. The hotel reception, restaurant and bar are modern, clean and there were brilliant choices for Breakfast too. Upon check in, we were asked if we wanted to upgrade, as we had only an economy room. We declined as we were only there for 2 nights. The economy room was small, but a comfy bed, nice view and nice bathroom with bath, shower and a heated floor. The room itself needs improvement, there was a hole in the wall, and a few “broken” or damaged areas. But a restocked mini bar, and more items available for the mini bar from reception too. Over-all I would say the room did not match the standard of the rest of the hotel. I would book an upgraded room next time. The pool and spa facilities are great. But one sauna broken, and the other one wasn’t very hot. But still nice after a day in the snow. It would be nice for Sauna Oasis to be included, and also to have spa slippers for hotel guests as we had to walk to and from our room barefoot. Would stay again and recommend for trips to Tallinn and the Tallinn Christmas markets.

Stayed here for 3 nights with my family and what a treat. Lovely, clean accommodation, friendly staff and a fantastic buffet breakfast included which had everything you could ever want. Access to waterpark included in the stay. I have knocked a star off because the room was small but that was the only negative, though for the price amazing value. You can upgrade to bigger rooms if required. A wonderful place to stay which I have already recommended to friends. Next to the Old Town and convenient for all attractions.

“No-brainer water park and hotel stay with young family”

With young children, the water park is the main reason we chose here - and it didn’t disappoint! The hotel itself was reasonably priced and we enjoyed its facilities. The bar and restaurant area were clean and modern; the breakfast was more traditional than western - which we actually really liked! Though some unusual bits, there were plenty of continental and cooked options. The bar was reasonably priced considering a few steps away in the Old Town, the prices are perhaps more expensive that they once were in this city. Location wise, the hotel is well-placed: it’s a quiet backstreet just outside the walls with views of St Olaf’s; the tram stop is a minute’s walk away and the ferry port 20 minutes (less than 10 by taxi.) The airport is around 20 minutes away and taxis appear reasonably priced here. Public transport (trams and buses) are paid for by the local transport app, which we found easy to navigate, but the hotel provides local, paper maps and wifi should you need it. Our room was a family room: it was basic but adequate. Though we’ve stayed in better and it did feel a bit clinical in its white decor and lack of artwork, it comes with en suite; bunk beds for the children; safe; tv; and air conditioning, as well as robes for the adults for the spa and pool. Talking of which, this was the highlight: with an enormous swimming pool, multiple flumes and slides, a lazy-river style pool; hot tubs and kids splash zone, this was a God-send on a couple of cold, rainy afternoons in town. Overall, this was a comfortable, affordable stay if you’re coming with a young family.
