“Hotel Telegraf”
Hotel telegraf is an excellent hotel for location and food choices. We are spoilt for choices in terms of food. It’s is also very near to the Christmas market with wonderful hotel staff services. The only drawback is the staircase you will need to carry up to the reception.

“wonderful experience”
lovely hotel, great location, nice spa, historic rooms and very friendly staff. the location of the hotel is just great in the old town of Tallinn, the spa is lovely, we had a wonderful time and would choose the Telegraaf Hotel again for any next visit.

“5 star and almost perfect”
We had 3 nights here and this hotel is seriously one of the best choices in Tallinn. Location cannot be beat. “Average and forgettable”
This is possibly the most average hotel I have ever visited. Not bad, not good. It will totally be forgotten by the end of the month. Rooms were ok, bathroom ok, service passable. “Good location, nice room.”
Location is good. The room is good. House keeping is good. They offer 2 bottles of complimentary water but they do not replenish the coffee and tea. Take note that there is a short flight of stairs from the main door to the reception, you need to lug your luggage up the steps.
