“Perfect hotel in the heart of the city”
Stayed there for 2 nights during a trip through the Baltic states. Perfect location right in the heart of the city with best in class service in every matter. Don’t miss to have dinner at the restaurant Tchaikovsky, had a lovely evening there on the Summer terrace.

“Poor service”
Beautiful hotel, with a great location. We had a french balcony in our spacey room overlooking some garden, very nice views. Spa is very nice and as the hotel wasn't full there was a very relaxing atmosphere, when there wasn't too many people there. But the problem with Telegraaf is the service ... more
