The Hotel is in an excellent part of town. So close to everything. Minutes away from the railway station and trolley buses/trams. “Definately not 4 star”
The hotel is well placed for visiting the Old Town of Tallinn. It was clean and reasonably well decorated. At breakfast there is plenty of choice.
