The pillows are very soft, the rooms are very nice and well-kept. Cleaned every day, the food is very good, the staff is always taking care of the customers. The animators and the animations themselves are great. B I highly recommend this hotel and the staff

Comfortable pillows, tidy rooms, nice atmosphere. Great service, very nice animations. Everyone very helpful. Good food, very nutrition. You can’t get bored in the hotel, clean beach. Nice person. It’s very good hotel. I’m very happy that I visited this hotel and not another one.

I was really sceptical about this hotel after reading bad reviews but HONESTLY this hotel is FANTASTIC value for money! The staff are lovely, the rooms, gardens everything are meticulously clean. When I arrived and saw that my room had a sea view but no balcony I asked to be changed. Mohammed Shafy the reception manager was excellent and he changed my room the next day as the hotel was full to capacity. He also let me use a room to shower before leaving & gave me a packed lunch as I had a 2am flight. I had 2 cleaners whilst there (changed after 1 week) both called Mohammed both did a thoroughly good job & left fresh bottles of water everyday. Tarek from the Green Bar & Sayed & other young chap (forgot his name)from the other bar always smiling & happy to serve you. Now getting to the food, the food was excellent and there was everything you could think of! Breakfast had a chef making omelette & eggs everyday. Lunchtime & evening a chef carving meat, serving crab, chicken etc. There were soups, salads, vegetables, pasta station, several types of bread & the desserts were unbelievable as well as always fresh fruit. I was here over Christmas and the amount & quality of the food on the 24th, well the hotel really surpassed themselves! I cannot find any fault with this hotel. From the security to cleaning everything was excellent! If I really had to pick a fault for me personally I would have preferred the gym to be open at 7am as 9am is too late for me. Even the waiters in the restaurant were great especially Ghamal who sold me the huge prawns which were DELICIOUS! On the beach I booked several trips with Bebo from the Aqua Centre he was lovely & very friendly (perfect English) also booked 3 dives with Shams diving centre, Ehab my instructor was SUPERB! Can recommend this diving centre 100% If I go back to Egypt I will definitely stay in this hotel again. I have not mentioned the animation team as I did not get involved, I was in bed every night by 20/21h as I made the most of my day trips Luxor etc but from little I did see Sam & his team worked very hard entertaining & involving the guests.

I was there with my family and friends for one week and I can say all of us liked it. Hotel is in quiet area, rooms are clean and comfortable. Staff were very friendly and helpful with all our requests. The beach was beautiful, we had our places with deckchair every day together (all 10 of us) thanks to very friendly staff at beach. The animation team was good. Food was delicious, but after 3 days same round again. Bar at the beach, pool bar and at the reception open all day. Very bad wifi connection.
