We recently stayed at Julie Ville in Luxor, and it was truly an amazing experience. The hotel grounds are absolutely stunning: greenery everywhere, beautifully maintained flowers, and tidy pathways. It’s such a pleasure to walk around and just enjoy the surroundings. You can tell a lot of care goes into keeping everything in perfect condition. The staff deserves a special mention. They are incredibly friendly, always smiling, ready to help, and at the same time very professional. You really feel valued as a guest. What stood out the most were the sunsets over the Nile. It’s such a magical moment: sitting there, watching the sun go down, and realizing you don’t need anything else. The hotel also has plenty of cozy spots where you can sit, relax, and enjoy the peaceful atmosphere. The food was another highlight. Everything was delicious, and the variety was impressive. There’s something for everyone, and it was a real treat to try the local dishes, which are prepared to perfection here. Overall, it was a relaxing and comfortable stay. If I get the chance, I would definitely come back!

Jolie Ville Luxor Resort & Spa Kings Island is a true gem in Luxor! The resort is beautifully situated on a private island in the Nile, offering serene views and a peaceful atmosphere that is perfect for relaxation. The lush, well-maintained gardens and three sparkling pools add to the resort's charm and tranquility. The rooms are spacious, that provide stunning views of the Nile or the gardens. We found the comfort and cleanliness to be great. The staff deserves special mention for their warmth, and eagerness to ensure every guest has a memorable stay. From the front desk to the restaurant staff. The dining experience was excellent especially the breakfast buffet, which had a wide range of fresh and delicious options.. The dinner open buffet may need some improvement. There are other restaurants that we had not tried. The resort’s location is also ideal, just a short drive from Luxor’s famous temples and historical sites, yet far enough to enjoy peace and quiet after a day of sightseeing. Overall, Jolie Ville Luxor offers a perfect combination of luxury, comfort, and exceptional service. Whether you're seeking relaxation or adventure, this resort provides an ideal base for your stay in Luxor. Highly recommended!

It was an excellent experience. Everything was good in the rooms, reception, food. About the location of the event it was well prepared. I recommend the hotel for more events and holidays. Next time I bring my family with me for a great experience

Overall this is a great hotel and we’d give it 4.5 stars for our family trip (with a 19 and 17 year old). We went in December so no insects, hotel only partially full, and the day temperature was a decent sunny 75/22 degrees. Return transfers from airport about 30 mins and cost £35 in total for 4 people/4 suitcases (via Hoppa.com) The good; - you can book directly with the hotel to save some $$$ and get a few perks. 1 week about £1500/$1900 for 4 adults HB - location is peaceful on the banks of the Nile. 30 mins taxi from Valley of the Kings, Hot Air Ballooning etc - all staff are great (friendly and helpful) - trip into central Luxor just EGP50 ($1/£0.80) using inDrive app - wifi pretty good in the hotel - rooms cleaned daily - buffet style main restaurant has a wide choice and is a decent standard (and NOT the chimpanzee food fight seen elsewhere) - if you want to pick an a la carte restaurant (rather than the buffet) then you get a EGP400/$8/£6 credit - Sway Asian restaurant was excellent, and BBQ one good too - all 3 pools are excellent (and hotel pool towels provided) - hotel prices cheaper than the UK eg club sandwich EGP400, Coke/7up EGP65/£1 etc The 1st World “Problems” (nothing significant, just FYI) - rooms not 5 stars (broken outdoor seat, dodgy light switches, insect light machine broken) - family rooms have just an interconnecting archway rather than a door! - food orders inflexible: had to order room service to our room and then ask the guy to take it to the pool! - Italian hotel restaurant was comically poor (turning away customers when not even half full; wrong orders and still thinking that chicken was duck meat etc? - wine is generally poor In summary we would return, and we loved seeing the Egyptian history whilst enjoying some winter sun.
