“Excellent Choice for a Stay in Cairo”
This is a very nice, comfortable hotel on Zamalek Island in Cairo. We stayed there for 4 weeks and the staff was wonderful. They treated us like family. “Will definitely stay at the President again if I revisit Cairo ”
The staff were very welcoming in all areas of the hotel,especially the reception and in the restaurant. Ahmed, the restaurant supervisor, was particularly attentive. I was particularly impressed with the patisserie on sale in the reception area

“It takes only one to ruin a great experience”
All was very very good until one guest decided to smoke in their room and set off the fire alarm at 3 AM - during three of my six night stay. We complained bitterly, but it continued. All else was excellent, the staff were very friendly and the breakfast omelettes by the big chef were amazing.
