“Feedback”
My stay was short, only two days. When staying there you feel as at home. You have all facilities. Moreover the personnel were kind and helpful. The direct connection to the City Stars mall was an added value. I liked the idea to have such a hotel.

“Comfort, Style and Service - top notch! ”
Comfort, Style and Service - top notch! Everyone from the security to the management were friendly and helpful! Very good location.. everything you need is within reach. Good food. Memorable stay. I was even greeted everyday with a new creative towel origami ,thanks to Saameh and Mahmoud.

“First impression of the hotel.”
This review is after the first day of our 2 days booking, but I hope it will change. When we arrived at 9.15pm on 10/02/2023 at the entrance by Uber, the security team was busy socialising, and the entry was blocked. We unloaded our 4 bags and checked with the security of the entry. This review is after the first day of our 2 days booking, but I hope it will change. When we arrived at 9.15pm on 10/02/2023 at the entrance by Uber, the security team was busy socialising, and the entry was blocked. We unloaded our 4 bags and checked with the security of the entry. They showed the entry and advised to drag the bags around. I complained the incident to the duty manager at the reception who was defensive, interrogative, and said he would check the camera to confirm the credibility of the incident. We asked why we would complain if everything was as smooth as expected and walked away.
