The hotel is mid century modern which is my favorite. Beautifully renovated. Gold ceilings, Egyptian themes, great rooms. The people are very attentive and friendly, even if they don’t speak much of your language. Sherif the concierge always asks how everything is and if there is anything he can do to help. Room service 24hrs a day including a much needed glass of wine when you land at 2am. If it were warm out, that pool looks amazing to jump into. The grounds and pool are well kept. The pyramids are only a few minutes away. Stay here.

From the very beginning, the staff displayed remarkable professionalism and cooperation, making our event truly special. A special thank you to Mr. Adel, who went above and beyond to ensure everything ran smoothly. His attention to detail, constant presence, and willingness to assist with every aspect of the event were invaluable. We also want to highlight Mr. Amr, whose helpfulness and positive attitude made a big difference in creating a welcoming atmosphere. The entire team at Pyramids Park Hotel deserves recognition for their outstanding effort. The coffee break was delicious and well-prepared, offering a variety of options that were thoroughly enjoyed by everyone. The venue was well-prepared, the staff was attentive and responsive, and they handled all our requests with a smile. It’s clear that customer satisfaction is a top priority here. “Unforgettable excursion to the pyramids”

This year I came on business and stayed at the Pyramids Park Resort Hotel. Met a really cool tour guide Hamza Elmekawy, who was our guide at the pyramids. It was fun, interesting, informative. Such a positive person. I recommend! 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

[🇬🇧] Pro: Taxi service Despite the small office, the cordiality and the efficiency are very good. During my stay I both experienced the calm and talkative driver, that helped me understanding the basics for my trip, and the fast driver, that brought me from point A to point B in a flash (maybe too fast). They accept also US dollars for payment, but be sure to pay them with the exact amount of money (it is hard for them to have the change). To avoid to wait too long for your ride, inform them in advance about the time they should pick you up with the car, not the time when they should start reach you from the hotel. Pro: Help desk and concierge Nothing to say here: courtesy and efficiency are excellent, always ready to help. Could be better if they can offer at any time change-money services, but it helps that the hotel has a Bank office for this reason. Pro: Bank office Extremely helpful in order to pay "the exact amount" required by the locals. Con: Wifi services Don't be fooled by the free wifi that is working perfectly in the hotel reception room: based on my experience, Wifi is not available in your room. I opted for a mobile solution offered by my phone operator (cr 40€), because the alternative was to go to the reception every single time I need internet connection. I informed them of the issue, but the reply was "It's a public internet accesspoint, it is ok that is this slow/nonexixstent". Con: Change Indipendently of which service I can talk about, the issue is always that no one has the change for the service that you are paying: for example, at the restaurant you need to pay 9$, and 100% they don't have with them 1$ to return you if you pay 10$, or, if you need to pay 15$, they don't have any sort of change for you. You can either ask them to wait for you to go to the Bank office to ask for change, or to pay contactless (only VISA, no Mastercard, btw), or pay them without having your rest back. Pro and Con: Brakfast In one of the restaurants of the resort, you'll find a decent amount of things to eat for breakfast. However, not all of them are fresh/warm enough (like any bakery product, few meat-based items, etc). It is always possible to find something to eat that you like, but there is no way for you to warm those, if needed.
