“Part of Intrepid Tour”
I came here as part of an Intrepid tour. The hotel is clean, functioning lifts and airconditioned rooms. The staff are very polite, I felt safe as a solo female traveller and my room view was great! “The 3 star rating is generous”
The "average" rating above would be average for Egyptian standards and not for the West. During the three days we stayed there we had to have the hotel maintenance people in to fix a blocked drain, a toilet that didn't flush, a tap that was defective and an air conditioner issue.

“Basic hotel in Giza with view of Nile.”
Stayed here as part of a tour group. Would not have been a choice is travelling independently. The foyer was dowdy and the lifts were very slow. “Not the Best”
I rate this hotel a 3. Staff are ok and the location is fine. The whole place looked extremely tired with things either broken or not working such as lifts and wifi in rooms. The shower water was also lukewarm throughout our stay. Breakfast was acceptable.
