“Exceptional”
Without a doubt this was the most serene and tranquil hotel experience during my trip to Egypt, no noise from cars and a heavenly view of the Nile from my balcony on the 5th floor. “If u want a great time for a good deal, search no more!!!”
Very friendly personnel and also very helpful. They help me to make the most of my time there, although it was short, to old places around Aswan. If it was not for the staff and Mr Mustafa, the guy in charge of tourism office in hotel, it wouldn’t have been possible to do and visit all the places I… more

“Continue renovating and get more friendly staff !”
I have stayed here many times before but already a few years ago. Rooms were renovated back then so I was happy with the room however it was of course Nubian style renovating so windows and doors were not replaced and dirty or broken which I found strange. “Good view, bad service and food”
Room is nice, view is spectacular. But the service and the food are not good for the price that you are paying. The food was very inconsistent, sometimes it was good, most times it was horrible. The breakfast didn’t have any variations, i was the same food for the 13 days that i stayed there.
