“Amazing hotel and staff”
All staff is amazing!! The breakfast is great, the room is so clean! The front desk staff very friendly, all housekeepers are incredible, when you are walking around them, they always say hi. When I needed a taxi, they requested for me, so I felt safe.

“Oro Verde review”
i have to say my experience at Oro Verde Cuenca was incredible!!!! the service was absolutely fantastic. Jose Luis in particular was truly so kind and friendly with us. i cannot recommend this Oro Verde enough. Oro Verde is so very lucky to have him!!!

“Very good experience”
We really enjoyed our stay. Everyone is so helpful, room is spacious, nice pool and love the breakfast buffet. The hotel is also well located with plenty of good restaurants and easy access to the Tranvia. Taking a taxi to El Centro takes only 5-10 minutes.

Very friendly staff, especilly Mr. José Luis. Perfect breakfast. Nice und very clean rooms. We did a journey to Ecuador and Galapagos Islands und this hotel was the best. Also the way to the city center was near and there where good restaurants nearby.
