Top Hotel ! Top situation a little walk from Nyhavn, Kongens Nytorv, Stroeget ! Would go back any time. Highly recommanded. Situation perfect, Rooms are clean, Nice design, Breakfast very nice with quality products, special mention to the Blody Mary and the ginger shots.

This is a lovely boutique hotel in an outstanding location. You can walk to Nyan, canal, cafés, shopping boat tours. Could not be a better location if you are on foot. The one advisory to travelers… Limited air conditioning in the rooms and not very good window ventilation. We were there during an extreme warm spell, but were able to upgrade to, a room that had wonderful Air Conditioning.

Everything was (almost) perfect!! The hotel is perfectly located to visit Copenhagen walking. And the Metro is just 5 minutes walking. We had a Premium Room (116): correct space, and clean. No noises at all. There's no frigo in the room, but you have 2 bottles of water for free every day. And you can eventually ask to the hôtel bar. Breakfast is rich of various products. All good. We had a 2 days of coffee machine off...but the staff made big efforts to let us have our espresso :) Thank you to Elizabeth and her Staff for the smiles and kindness. Our HUGE thank you goes to Nicolas: before to book we had several questions by e-mail, and he has always answered us so quickly and clearly that we finally decided to book. Best décision ever!! Just one thing: no vanity set/slippers in the room. We asked and we had it. Nicolas has helped us also with suggestions about restaurants. All the staff was very helpful. I suggest this hôtel. Unfortunately not the hidden gem I thought i found online! Not new but more like renovated. Old hallways and lift (one was out of order) Dark room No mini fridge No "Do not disrurb" sign Bad sleep! Instead of one mattress topper there are two and they move a lot causing a gap between mattress, no back support. Bad soundproofing! Could hear an idiot of a man walking every night 23:00, 01:30, 02:30, 05:30. Every time noisy neighbour came in late, they slammed the door and made a lot noise, hard to go back to sleep. Shower no door, water gets everywhere, annoying! Hot water takes forever even putting it at 40C. Old used toilet seat No ammenities-No robe/no slippers for cold floor. Not even pen & paper. Not really close to 'traditional food' restaurants, 15mins walk after a long day of sightseeing and tired, can feel far. Reception, not very professional (maybe no hotel management training). Ok hotel, if you want to be near Nyhavn, but don't recommend if you are looking for a real four star service and if you are a light sleeper wanting a good night's sleep.
