Hotel located walking distance from Railway station from where you reach airport in 15 minutes. Our room was at 17 floor with a spectacular view on the city. Very comfortable bed. Spacious bathroom.complimentary water. Clean service excellent. Staff is a real value of this hotel striving for excellence. Excellent breakfast. Very good cocktail bar. As example of staff excellence credited Radisson points as heating system had problems and not fixed. You feel valued as customer. Lovely design. Is a good choice for visiting Copenhagen, public transports and hop on off bus station in front of.

The hotel is in a great location close to the central train station and Tivoli, it’s an easy walk into the city centre too. The front of desk staff were professional and friendly as we arrived a little early and had to leave our bags with no problem at all. Our room, 302, was on the first actual floor of rooms and this meant that although it was a corner room it was very overlooked by the offices across the car park and had no view to speak of. It means that we had to keep the curtains closed during office hours so ask for a much higher room facing a different direction! Room facilities were good with complimentary still and sparkling water every day and a kettle to make drinks. The bathroom was tiny though, a larger person would struggle to sit on the toilet. The only other issue we had was the wifi which kept dropping out and was very unreliable which used all our mobile data.

The hotel itself is lovely and clean, staff at the reception desk were really helpful and recommend places to go and see. The 2 main downsides which I have noticed be mentioned a lot and were the same for us are the beds. They have either not been changed in years so just manufactured so poorly, our mattress had 2 huge dips in them which made sleeping very hard (especially someone who struggles to get comfortable normally). The breakfast wasn’t good either, you either ate yogurt, pastries or minimal hot cooked food (which didn’t look great at all). The scrambled eggs were swimming in liquid (I think water), the bacon was extra extra extra crispy which wasn’t good because it was extra thin bacon so it just crumbled. There wasn’t any fried eggs, poached eggs, hash browns, mushrooms, I don’t know if those are only a British thing but seems weird not to have them. There was no “normal” cereal, only granola and bran flakes. It just felt more like something you’d have at a baby shower or wedding to pick at before you had your meal.

Lovely hotel and well located for tivoli, the central station and most attractions. The bathrooms are modern, shower was excellent and bedrooms were very clean, if a little small with hardly any hanging space for clothes but everything you’d need in a city centre hotel. The breakfast really lets the stay down as it wasn’t well organised. We were offered three different tables on the first day, each of which still were occupied, just with people off queuing for their food; a bit awkward! Their Gluten Free breakfast offer was nowhere near as good as the two other Radisson hotels we’ve stayed at this year. The rest of the hotel was pretty good. We took the train from the airport to station H, it’s only three stops and a very short walk so if you’re there for a few days with light luggage, don’t waste money on a cab.
