Excellent hotel! Overall, would stay again, but do note the below improvements. Location is perfect for exploring Copenhagen (20-30 minutes maximum to all major sightseeing attractions. Very close to Nyhavn (5 mins) and restaurants, cafes, shops. Small, but cozy room with black walls and elegant decor (mirrors, plants, fragrance diffuser etc.), bright big windows and blackout curtains, sufficient luggage storage (folding rack) and furnishing (bed side table, chair, large window sill), spacious bathroom with a modern flush toilet, nice sink and a large curtained off shower, excellent water temperature and pressure, very high quality toiletries including shampoo, conditioner, hand soap, a vanity kit and two paper cups, 2 hand towels, a bath mat, and 2 large bath towels provided. Daily housekeeping and room turnover. Nice big comfortable bed with nice pillows, mattress and duvet. Friendly and helpful staff. Tourist maps in the reception area. Efficient check-in and check-out. Elevator in good working order. Bath and restaurant on site. Elegant decor throughout the hotel (candles, plants and fragrance diffusers etc.). Adequate lighting in the room. Quiet, residential street for a good night's rest. Excellent wifi signal in the room and throughout the hotel. Improvements: no air conditioning in the room (fine for May-June, but the room would be scorching in the summer!), a television and kettle in the room would have been nice, breakfast is costly (I did not partake), the rooms are a little on the small side for more than one traveller. Housekeeping missed turnover service one day of my stay - by accident, not a major issue! Otherwise, I had a fantastic stay! The shampoo and conditioner were a real bonus!

Hotel is ideally situated close to Nyhavn, one of Copenhagen’a tourist attractions. Very pleasant neighborhood with many restaurants choice. Hotel is ideally situated close to Nyhavn, one of Copenhagen’a tourist attractions. Very pleasant neighborhood with many restaurants choice. My room was calm and rather clean, I stayed 1 night for business trip purposes. The room was pretty basic, no tv or coffee machine/hot water. It was spacious enough for just 1 person (premium room). Consider that if you have many suitcases and leaving during night/early morning then it could be an issue as the elevator is out of use during night hours. Also, reception is not available during nighttime. Nevertheless, they were very helpful and booked a taxi for me for very early departure, all went as planned.

“Not a good hotel to consider, look at others in area”

Great location, close to Ny Haven, train station and tourist information. Room was in annex area, very much like a back packers, corridor to room smelt musty, staff unhelpful. Great location, close to Ny Haven, train station and tourist information. Room was in annex area, very much like a back packers, corridor to room smelt musty, staff unhelpful. The only goodthing about this hotel is location. Not recommended with people who have luggage, cabin baggage only. Lift only takes one person at a time. No 24 hour reception so if an early flight recommend booking at a hotel near airport

“A tiny hotel in a good location”

Several things contributed to my rating. The fire door outside in the hall was very loud when closed ,especially at night. . The room was very tiny but clean. The bathroom was very small but adequate. The towels were thick. and bedding was was high quality. It was convenient to the Royal Opera House nearby. The price was excellent, but I would look elsewhere on future trips.
