“Really nice stay and great experience”

Very nice stay, the team was extremely friendly and helpful. Very big selection of breakfast choices and very tasty food. Rooms are spacious and offer some great views of the city. Especially great thanks go out to Alan for his service at the breakfast with our little man.

Absolutely fabulous hotel and great value for money. The bar is great, the food is great, the staff are great and it’s in a super location next to the rail and metro link to the city and airport! Superbly designed & decorated. The only tiny thing I’d change would be the shower heads, for a top class hotel, they could be better, plus considering English is the second language of Denmark a couple more English speaking TV channels would be useful.

As a loyal IHG member, this was the only IHG hotel in Copenhagen, so I didn't have a choice if I wanted to use my points. I was a little hesitant to stay so far out of the city center, but with public transportation coming almost right to the hotel, it ended up being just fine. The hotel itself was extremely nice. The restaurants were great (we ate dinner one night and had breakfast once). The staff were helpful if needed and the mall next door was a nice addition that we visited several times. Getting into the city itself as tourists was also very easy. We took the train from the airport when we arrived, which was also easy to figure out. As a mom traveling alone with her teen daughter, I felt extremely safe in this area, which is important to note. We came and went early and late. The room was spacious and the beds were comfortable. The hotel was quiet even thought there were a couple of conferences going on while we were there. It's definitely a conference hotel.

We stayed at this hotel during a 14 hour layover in Copenhagen. We chose this hotel because online it said they offered Airport transfers. We stayed at this hotel during a 14 hour layover in Copenhagen. We chose this hotel because online it said they offered Airport transfers. Our flight from Athens was delayed and we got to the Hotel around midnight. They had a bus parked outside but on the check in counter there was a sign saying no airport transfers were available so i deducted one star since that really was a key service we were looking for. They put us on a high floor which had a nice view. We really enjoyed the late check out time since our flight wasnt until 2pm. We went downstair for breakfast and were really blown away by the quality and variety of options too choose from including international staples along with local items like Cherry juice which we loved! The rooms were very large even for American standards. After breakfast we walked around the sit down restaurant since the decor was so pretty even though it was not open for service in the morning. Would stay again but i would call to make sure the airport shuttle is operating since Denmark does not have UBER.
