“For budget folks, who want an inexpensive room right next to the Central Station”

This hotellet ended up being PERFECT for me. I did a small budget room with shared bathrooms/showers. Granted, that part isn't ideal, and it is an older hotel and there are plenty of signs of age....but....if you need to get to the trains/metro quickly, and, if you want to be able to walk to the MeatPacking District...you can do both. Front desk staff was EXTREMELY friendly, and breakfast is basic but filled the bill. Don't expect many amenities, and the rooms are pretty dang small...but...I just needed a place to lay my head, and get some good front desk recommendations, and , for me, this was perfect.

“Closer to train station? right across”

The room was nice for one stay; the common bathroom was not great. WC was clean but looking like station WC, there were 2 shower rooms. Breakfast is extra paid at reception. Staff was ok, not too friendly. I do not have any major complain and I could stay there again since it is inexpensive.

“Super cheap, clean enough”

Very cheap hotel - incredible that this kind of place still exists in central Copenhagen. My Economy room was clean and comfortable (although slightly worn). Very cheap hotel - incredible that this kind of place still exists in central Copenhagen. My Economy room was clean and comfortable (although slightly worn). Bizarre that a big TV on the wall is prioritised over fixing up the carpet! But the big windows gave a nice view of the street below & much-needed air, the breakfast is excellent (& the breakfast room cozy), the staff friendly. And did I mention this hotel is super cheap? The Economy rooms has wash basins but no bathroom - showers and toilets are shared. Worked for me!

Stayed here for one night in an economy single room with a shared bathroom that cost £55 including breakfast. The man on reception was really not bothered when I checked in – “here is your room key. Reception is open 24 hours” – that was it. No greeting, directions, mention of breakfast times or needing to see a passport or any booking confirmation. Blonde lady on reception was much friendlier when checking out. Hotel is old and tired - worn carpets etc. Room was very small but functional – no idea where you’d put a suitcase if you were travelling with one. There were 2 shared toilets and 4 showers in the hallway on my floor. I would have preferred them to be male/female to be honest, especially if you find someone outside the door waiting to use them or men wandering around at night in towels! Location is handy for the main station and Tivoli (which was sadly closed when I was there in preparation for Autumn/Halloween) but it’s about 30 minutes walk to Nyhavn. Lots of Asian restaurants nearby. I didn’t get a great sleep as the single bed was VERY NARROW and short with only one flat square pillow. Cover was torn. There was lots of noise in the corridor at night with doors beeping and thin walls. Room was toasty warm though with a radiator and the Wi-Fi was good. If you’re coming from the airport, get off at the central Metro Station Kongens Nytorv. You then need to change and take the RED circle line to Central train station Kobenhaven H.
