On a map it looks out of the way and it is in a side street but it's very close to everywhere you want to be. 5 minutes walk to Tivoli and/or the bus to go anywhere in Copenhagen (which is a very friendly bicycle city). Front desk staff were nothing but exceptionally helpful throughout our stay. We had a room on the 2nd floor: I overheard a fellow traveller saying the rooms were small with no A/C - welcome to Europe! We left the windows open and curtains closed and that really solved the problem. Room was smaller than US but perfectly adequate for us. It's also a very modern style hotel in a lovely old building so has an elegant combination of old and new. I'd go back in a heartbeat.

“Come for the location, stay for the comfort”

I picked this hotel, having stayed here years ago with a friend, and loved the location and overall feel of the hotel. It has been updated since that trip, and looks great. I had booked a Standard Double room, but was upgraded to a bigger room on the top floor. The room was very spacious, had extra chairs to sit it and plenty of space for my luggage. The bathroom was really nice...however, let me down as someone who is only 5"1 or 155cm. The mirror was so high that I could barely see my forehead. So I had to do my makeup at the full length mirror in the bedroom which didn't have the best lighting. The taps for the sink also were too big for the sink and made it hard to wash hands without getting water everywhere. The bed was comfortable, and I slept really well. Its very close to central station, and Tivoli, as well as being very easy to walk to shops, food and other areas. Be warned, there is 1 main elevator, and it is very small. There are stairs and other elevators but they are hidden away so used less frequently. Also, if you are there on a weekend, the venue across the street plays music incredibly loud during the day and early evening. It wasn't going late at night when I wanted to sleep...but if I could still hear it from my room that didn't face the street, with the windows closed. So maybe not a suitable hotel if you have kids that need to sleep early. I had an attic room, and could just see the lights from the Tivoli fireworks (not the actual fireworks) on the saturday night...however they are at 11:30pm, so I was not expecting very loud bangs at that time.
