Well sized rooms with wifi and friendly and helpful staff. Offer a safe and secure luggage storage service. If you get a room nearer the restaurant or play area may get some noise to your room. Well equipped gym on site for guests. Breakfast selection at the hotel restaurant is diverse and offers plenty of variety and good quality. Well located with direct access to LEGOLand from within the hotel and a short walk into town if you’re seeing anything else or popping down for a meal. As well as a bus stop right outside which connects to the airport.

“Fab stay at Hotel Legoland, Billund”

We booked this trip primarily for our sons 16th birthday. We stayed 3 nights, 4 days. He has always wanted to go to the Lego house. The hotel was a lot cheaper than Windsor, which we had previously stayed at and I was not impressed by for the money we paid, so I was not expecting much but as hotels in Billund are around the same price we where not going to be much more out of pocket to stay in the hotel. We are so glad we did. The room was huge, staff where lovely. First night we ate at the restaurant in the hotel and although pricey the choices where good, however on the last night we discovered the Lego castle hotel had a similar buffet however alcohol was included this was a much better deal than the Hotel legoland restaurant. It was also a lot more chilled environment and had a small softplay which our son enjoyed. Would definitely return just for the value for money and location, however would stay for 3 days, 2 nights next time as once you have spent the day at the theme park and 1 day at legohouse, Billund is relatively small we felt the last day was very long to wait till flight home

Check in was quick and easy, my phone battery died using Google maps to find the hotel from Lego house in the dark, but staff got us pur room cards quickly. They really need signposting to this hotel from Lego house, there was nothing. We had a lego friends room. Room was clean, plenty of tea, Coffee and hot chocolate. Double bed was comfortable and there was blackout curtains. Basic facilities but good. Except the metal bunk bed really needs updating, my child tried the top bunk but it constantly squeaked when he moved slightly, so tried bottom bunk which he slept on but that clicked when he moved too, the ladder wasn't the safest either. People standing outside our door chatting late at night woke my child, very selfish. We went to the bar at 5pm and they had stopped serving food, we didn't want a meal in the restaurant so ended up with small bag of expensive crisps. The TV only had 1 channel in English which was American news, considering everywhere in Billund speaks English there should be one of the lego channels in English for kids. We would stay here again, but in a room with a more solid child's bed. Breakfast was the best part, one of the best in a hotel and Gluten Free breakfast for our son was great too (see photo), and hot breakfast as well, whole separate gluten free area with soya and dairy free milks too.
